    Tom is a specialist in addictions counselling. He has worked extensively with people who suffer a variety of different addictions:

   Tom uses a client-centered approach, to help you better understand the addiction and the role it plays in your life. Through narrative inquiry you will find ways to talk about your addictions, and interrupt the cycles and rituals that you now feel trapped in.
   Combining specializations in  sex therapy and addiction treatment, Tom can work with you, and your partner if relevant, in addressing issues related to compulsive sexual behaviour.

   Dealing with compulsive behaviour is stressful. Tom can assist you in managing the anxiety that comes with facing how bad it has gotten.
